I highly recommend CeviMed! We ordered new covered cushions for an exam chair, and their service was fantastic. We were undecided on colors, so they overnighted sample options to help us choose. The cushions were very easy to install, and it was much cheaper than hiring someone to repair and recover the chair. Highly recommend!

We ordered 2 Midmark exam tables from Cevi-Med. There was great communication from the selection process through delivery. The deliver date was late by 2 days, but customer service was responsive to emails and kept us up to date. The tables were inspected upon setup and 1 was found to have a defect, the person who had delivered tried to fix the issue, but found that a replacement needs to happen due to a broken mechanism. Cevi-Med is sending a new replacement part with a team to fix the issue within a couple weeks.

I was skeptical about buying online sight unseen, but this company came through to ease that concern. Very responsive and excellent customer service. Product was better than anticipated.
