In an effort to best serve our customer's individual needs and circumstances, we have outlined our new shipping procedures below. We have elected for these changes to encourage safe and efficient deliveries for all of our customers.

Hospital Bed Delivery - Florida
For hospital bed orders delivered within Florida and Texas, a standard discounted delivery fee of $500 applies. This delivery includes coordinated placement inside the facility as part of our scheduled delivery service. Our team will handle all delivery arrangements and coordinate directly with you to ensure proper timing and placement.
Hospital Bed Delivery - Texas
For hospital bed orders delivered within Texas, a discounted delivery fee of $500 applies. This delivery includes coordinated placement inside the facility as part of our scheduled delivery service. Our team will manage the delivery arrangements and coordinate directly with you to ensure proper scheduling and placement of your hospital bed.
Hospital Bed Delivery - Out-of-State
For hospital bed orders delivered outside of Florida and Texas (within the contiguous United States), a standard delivery fee of $800 applies. Our team will coordinate delivery logistics and scheduling once the order is prepared for shipment. Delivery timelines and arrangements may vary depending on the destination region and delivery routing. For questions regarding delivery coordination or scheduling, please contact our customer service team.
Inside Delivery Guidelines
Any hospital bed being delivered inside the residency must abide by the inside delivery guidelines. This allows for a safe and efficient delivery for your hospital bed. Should the delivery team report any violations to the below guidelines, they have the right to refuse delivery. The customer will be held liable for any additional costs associated with a refused delivery.
Before the arrangement of shipment the customer must verify that:
- The hospital bed will be delivered to the provided address on the ground floor.
- There are no more than 3–5 steps leading into the doorway of the residence.
- The doorway(s) within the residence are at least 24 inches wide.
There are no sharp turns or objects within the pathway for delivery inside the residence.

Quick Tips
- Ground Floor Only: All inside deliveries must be completed on the ground floor. Hospital beds cannot be delivered upstairs or through stairways.
- Measure Your Doorways: Doorways measuring 45 inches or wider may allow the bed to be rolled in flat, including French doors.
- Side Entry May Be Required: Doorways between 24 and 44 inches may require the bed to be brought in on its side.
- Share Access Details in Advance: Please inform us about the exterior access and interior layout of the home. This helps our team properly prepare the driver, transportation, equipment, materials, and any additional assistance that may be needed.
- Prepare the Installation Area: Please clear the space where the bed will be installed before delivery. Remove furniture, rugs, decor, boxes, or any obstacles that may prevent the bed from being moved safely and efficiently.

Important Notice
After purchasing your hospital bed, please send us a short video showing both the outside access to the residence and the inside pathway to the installation room. This allows our team to schedule the route more efficiently and prepare for a successful delivery.

Hospital Bed Mattresses
Prior to Covid-19 most of the refurbished hospital beds come with used mattresses. Keeping safety in mind we have implemented new measures dedicated to providing our customers with high quality beds. All refurbished hospital beds will now be sold with brand new foam mattresses.
