This process infographic was made in order to explain our product delivery system, and the reason why we take the time to deliver your product in excellent condition.

Know the process

Refurbished time

Once our refurbished team takes your order, they start making sure absolutely your product.

The first week your order will be assembled. In the second, we add personal bed detail. And in the third week, we make a test of the machine.

Trip process

We verify how many orders are in the shipping route.

We identify how many orders have been requested, if 20 products from different clients have been requested, our delivery team will make 20 stops during the trip.

Schedule trip

We draw the best route to deliver the product in the shortest time.

Once confirmed, we will then schedule the trip with an estimated delivery time for each client. Afterwards, you will then receive the update of each delivery until your order is in your possession.

Update order

That means we send you an updated email every time a delivery is made.

To summarize, you will update our truck is ready to start the trip, when it is at a stop, and every time it arrives at a stop in between.
