Our Shipping Promise
At Cevi Med, we understand that dependable delivery is essential when sourcing medical equipment for your practice. Our logistics model is designed to provide flexible delivery options while maintaining the highest standards of handling and preparation.
- Nationwide White-Glove Delivery Available: Fully coordinated delivery with professional placement, installation, and functional testing.
- Regional Delivery Coordination: Routes and delivery schedules are optimized based on your location.
- Direct Company Delivery: Many orders are delivered directly by our in-house team for maximum care and efficiency.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of product ordered. All timeframes referenced below are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise stated.
Refurbished Equipment
- Refurbishment begins after the order is placed
- 14–21 business days required for refurbishment, inspection, and quality testing
- This timeframe represents the production period prior to delivery route assignment
Once refurbishment is complete, the equipment is scheduled for the next available delivery route.
Note: Deliveries to the West Coast may require additional delivery routing time.
Custom Upholstery Sets
- Made-to-order in-house
- 7–14 business days production time depending on order size
- Smaller orders may ship via parcel service
- Larger or heavier orders may be delivered directly by our team
Replacement Parts (RPI)
- Typical processing timeframe: 5–7 business days
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Pacific Time) are processed same day
- Backorders will be notified with options to cancel or wait

Order Cancellation & Return Policy
Because most of our refurbished equipment is prepared to order, refurbished and custom-prepared orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Certain new products shipped directly from a manufacturer may be eligible for cancellation. These orders typically represent a small portion of our catalog and may be subject to vendor approval.
If cancellation is approved, a fee (typically around 20%) may apply depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
